The ground- level courtyard is an oasis of tropical gardens, surrounding you with bright flowers.  This level, which overlooks the pool and gardens, has five two-storey mezzanine lofts with 5 meter (sixteen foot) ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows. Five outstanding one, two and three bedroom luxury rentals with exceptional views occupy the second level of our private rentals. Our top floor has two luxurious penthouses with expansive Caribbean-style terraces that boast city and ocean views. Four of our Playa Del Carmen private rentals are wheelchair accessible via elevator.

All of our Playa Del Carmen accommodations at the Royal Palms are exceptionally well designed and beautifully furnished for your pleasure and convenience.  We have thought of every detail to make your stay with us as comfortable as you can imagine. All of our condos are fully air conditioned and include free Wireless internet as well as Ethernet plug in, cable television, DVD players, CD players, safety deposit boxes, drinking water, linens, washer and dryer, beach towels, iron, hair dryers, toiletries and of course fully-equipped kitchens for entertaining inside our accommodations.
