We are 1 and ½ blocks from the Caribbean Sea and white sand beaches. With Mamitas Beach Club and Kool beach right there you can spend your days on one of the most beautiful beach areas in all of Playa del Carmen.

The ground level courtyard is an oasis with tropical gardens and flowers splashed in colors which surround you. The garden level overlooking the pool and tropical gardens has five two story mezzanine lofts with 5 meter (sixteen feet) ceilings with windows.

Four outstanding one, two and three bedroom luxury rentals with exceptional views occupy the second level of the building. Our top floor has two luxurious penthouses with expansive Caribbean style terraces include city and sea views. Four of our condos are wheelchair accessible via elevator.

You will find all of our condos at the Royal Palms exceptionally well designed and beautifully furnished for your comfort and convenience.

We have thought of every detail to make your stay at the Royal Palms as comfortable as you can imagine. All of our condos are fully air conditioned and include free WiFi Wireless internet as well as Ethernet plug in, cable television, DVD players, CD players, safety deposit boxes, drinking water, washer and dryer, beach towels and all linens, hair dryers, toiletries and of course fully equipped kitchens for entertaining.

Evolve Gym passes are available at no charge and are exclusive to the Royal Palms guests so you can keep fit during your vacation in paradise.

We also have several portable beach chairs with small coolers available for guests who like to find their own private piece of paradise on the beach. Maid service is provided twice weekly.
The Royal Palms management is on site from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily to answer any questions you may have. A security guard is on site from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am nightly.
