The Caribbean style expansive roof top garden has sea and city views. This is the most romantic lounge in Playa!!! The expansive deck off the main living area has a large private Jacuzzi tub, outdoor dining area for 6, teak lounge chairs and a large concrete sofa.

The living room has a 40” flat screen TV as well the sofa folds out into a double bed that allows for extra sleeping accommodations.

The kitchen is separated from the open living room/dining area and features a breakfast nook. There is also a hand carved dining table and 4 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances including full size fridge, stove top, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a wet bar with sink and wine cooler which is perfect for entertaining.

The master bedroom a king size bed and plenty of closet space as well as cable TV. This bedroom has a private deck overlooking 5th Ave. The master bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub.

The second bedroom has two single beds which can also be made into 1 king. This bedroom has windows looking onto 5th Avenue; it also features an en-suite 3 piece bathroom and cable TV.

Rental is based on four persons.
