As you ascend the semi-private staircase to this unit located on the second level, you are welcomed by a gentle waterfall following the stairs.

This beautiful, sunny, one-bedroom suite overlooks the pool and the courtyard gardens. As well, it features a private terrace off the living room and a dining terrace with Caribbean Sea view off the kitchen. The dining area and kitchen are fully equipped.

This open floor plan allows for lots of natural light from both south and east facing windows, which run the full length of the suite. The living and kitchen areas are divided by the kitchen counter enabling the cook to share in the living room activities.

A 30-inch TV is housed in the living room for your enjoyment. The sofa folds out into a double bed for extra sleeping space.

There is a 2-piece bathroom located off the living room.

The bedroom is very private, located on the south side of the Condo, with a king-size bed, 3-piece en suite bathroom, washer and dryer. Natural wood closets and cabinets ensure ample storage.

Rental is based on double occupancy.
