Rental Policies

Reservations & Deposits

Minimum Stay is 5 nights in any one condo.

You must submit a Rental Reservation Request.

Upon receipt of your Rental Reservation Request we will notify you within 48 hours with confirmation and all details.

A deposit of 50% is required to hold the reservation.

Reservation deposit is to be made by bank transfer.

Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

The balance is due upon arrival (cash or traveler's checks).

A security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit can be secured by way of cash or traveler's checks.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

60 + days in advance - Deposit minus $50 USD will be refunded

30 - 60 days in advance - 50% of deposit will be refunded

Less than 30 days - No deposit will be refunded

In the event you are unable to travel due to hurricanes - Deposit minus $50 USD will be refunded
